Opening of Bunkyo Garden after the completion of improvement project.
The improvement project of Bunkyo Garden was completed on February 12, 2004 and the garden was named “VIVA VIDA GARDEN”. The garden arranged with seasonal flowers and a small fountain attracts the citizens as a place of relaxation.
