►We would generally take customer’s knowledge and his/her purpose of purchasing our insurance into consideration, and try to choose and sell the product suited to each customer’s need.
We would plan and sell the product suited to customer’s intension and actual situation with suitable explanation and solicitation. We would carefully consider appropriate time and place in doing sales and soliciting activities at customer’s point of view. After the policy has been purchased, we would try to control and keep information collected from the customers in proper way.
►In case we do not have counter sales (ex. correspondence sales), we would try to offer understandable explanation to customer for his/her understanding of our product at all times.

In case insurance accident occurs on purchasing policy, we would try to precede the benefit payment quickly and accurately at all times. We would try to collect various suggestions from customers and make importance of them for our sales in the future.
